Constructed from high-grade mild steel with a 50 mm × 25 mm ERW tube frame, 25 mm × 25 mm angle and robust 3″ × 1″ × 10 gauge mesh, every Boxwell Trolley is designed to withstand the toughest industrial environments. Tops, shelves and bases are formed from 16-gauge steel for added rigidity, while the three-stage pre-treatment and epoxy polyester powder coating (incorporating Germ Guard antibacterial compound) ensures outstanding corrosion resistance, hygiene and a smart professional finish. Certified to ISO 9001:2015, these trolleys are built to last.

Flexible Configuration Options

Available in three heights (1355 mm, 1655 mm, 1955 mm), two widths (900 mm or 1200 mm) and 600 mm depth, Boxwell Trolleys can be specified with or without lockable doors (complete with hasp and staple plus three 63 mm hinges per door). Two fully adjustable shelves – supplied in either durable plywood or steel – each support 100 kg UDL, giving a total maximum load capacity of 500 kg UDL. Extra shelves are also available, allowing you to tailor the system exactly to your storage and transport requirements.

Optimised Mobility, Security and Productivity

Fitted with 125 mm blue resilex heavy-duty castors (two fixed and two swivel with brakes), these trolleys glide effortlessly even when fully loaded, dramatically reducing manual handling strain and speeding up material flow. The mesh cage design prevents items from falling during transit, while the optional doors add an extra layer of security for valuable tools, components or stock.
